Trys paršeliai (Three little pigs), the only farm animal sanctuary in the Baltic states, has marked its two years of animal-saving work by launching a campaign on Generosity to raise enough money to purchase their temporary homestead and convert it into a permanent safe home for the 30-plus animal residents.
If they meet their goal of raising 40,000 USD within the month-long campaign, they’ll also be able to build a new shelter and grazing enclosures. Check out our full piece on the sanctuary and give if you can. After the first two days of the campaign, more than 5% of the goal has been raised—but there’s still a long way to go. Help from compassionate people, locally and around the globe, is much needed and will be greatly appreciated.
